Description:
K.K., part dreamer and part bumbling idiot, finds his way through Connaught Place, passing fruit vendors, card players, booksellers, security guards, shoppers, shopkeepers, film goers, gangsters and gold smugglers. This is the hilarious story of how each takes something from K.K., and how he avenges himself on them.
There are hundreds of characters in the play but a single actor, who walks through imaginary crowds. The set is fluid, changing continuously on wheels even as K.K. moves through it. The play is performed by playwright Sujit Saraf, whose plays have been staged all over the US and India.. |
